Welcome to our warm and cosy flat, ideally located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Le Panier, one of Marseille's most emblematic and picturesque districts.

Just a few minutes' walk from the famous Old Port, this 55 m² apartment is perfect for discovering the city while enjoying absolute comfort.

Located on the 2nd floor without lift, our flat comprises:

- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space for your clothes

- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and traditional filter coffee machine, opening onto a cosy, comfortable living room (no television)

- Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine

- A separate WC

On your arrival, you will find the following items at your disposal for the start of your stay (Kit not renewed):

-Laundry and household products

-Toilet paper and shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee

-Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Household linen is provided (towels, tea towels and sheets). -

How do I get there?

**By public transport** :

- Metro **Colbert - Hôtel de Région (line 1)** about 10 minutes' walk. - Tram stop **Sadi Carnot (line T2)** 7 minutes' walk away. - Numerous buses also serve the surrounding area. -

**By car** : The streets of the Panier are typical, narrow and often pedestrianised. It is not possible to park directly in front of the flat.

The nearest car parks are

- Indigo Marseille République car park** (10-minute walk).

- Vieux-Port Hôtel de Ville car park** (15 minutes on foot).

- On foot** : The Panier district is best explored on foot. The flat can be reached after a few staircases and cobbled streets, typical of this charming historic district.
