Welcome to our charming 38 m² flat, ideal for enjoying the lively atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence town centre. Located in a pedestrianised street, it offers easy access to the town's many shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. It is just 2 steps from the Place de la Mairie and its famous market. Nestled on the 3rd floor without a lift in a building in the historic centre, you only need to climb a few more steps to reach this comfortable and practical pied-à-terre.
Our accommodation includes:

A living room: A cosy space with sofa bed, television, desk and wifi included in the price. The windows are double-glazed.

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, washing machine, oven, all cooking utensils, kettle, microwave, Senseo coffee machine.

Bathroom: with shower, WC and shower. One bedroom: with a large double bed and storage space. All household linen is provided (sheets, dishcloths and towels).

On arrival, you will find the following items at your disposal for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

-Laundry and household products

-Toilet paper, shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee

-Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

How to get to the property: By car The centre of Aix-en-Provence is mainly pedestrianised and the street is located in a busy area. It is advisable to park in a nearby public car park.

Nearest car parks: **Parking Rotonde** (about 5 minutes‘ walk away) - **Parking Bellegarde** **Parking Carnot**, also just a few minutes’ walk away. The cheapest car park is the Brunet park-and-ride facility 3 km away (€3.5 per day: covers car parking + bus journey to the centre).

By bus The Aix-en-Provence bus station is well served by the bus networks, particularly the lines serving the city centre. From the station, it's just a 10-minute walk to the accommodation.

. By train If you arrive by train, from the Aix TGV station you can take a shuttle bus to the Aix-en-Provence bus station, then walk or take a bus to the historic centre. For more information on transport options and timetables, you can consult the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office website and public transport websites to adjust your itinerary according to your arrival time.
