This elegant Aix-en-Provence bastide boasts beautiful recently renovated architecture, a magnificent swimming pool and a hectare of garden, including a wonderful park shaded by century-old trees that keeps you cool in the height of summer. The bastide comprises two adjoining parts linked by the exterior: Total 650 m² for 18 people

The 1st of 450m2 (for 12 people) has two floors:

- On the ground floor: an entrance hall a large fully-equipped kitchen a storeroom a large dining room a large living room with fireplace (75m2) opening onto an inner courtyard with a delightful shaded terrace a WC.

First floor: 4 large bedrooms with double beds - high ceilings. All but one of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and WCs.

On the second floor: loft style, a large open-plan master suite comprising a bedroom, a study, a double dressing room, a full bathroom and sports equipment (walker, bike, etc.).

The 2nd part of 200m2 (for 6 people) has one floor:

On the ground floor: a large living room with fireplace opening onto the central patio, a large entrance hall, a fitted kitchen, a separate WC, a storeroom.

On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds are arranged around a central landing. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and toilets.

Park with bowling green, swimming pool, pool house, hammock, outdoor lounge/dining area, barbecue.

- Garden terrace - Very large car park

** On arrival, you will find the following essentials at your disposal for the start of your stay (Kit not renewed):

-Laundry and household products

-Toilet paper, shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee

-Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Linen is provided (towels, tea towels and sheets). No pool towels provided.

This deposit will not be debited, nor will it affect your credit card limit (funds will not be blocked). The deposit must be paid 48 hours before arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled, contractual conditions of sale.
