It comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which has an office area. There are also 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs.

The kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room is comfortable and equipped with a video projector that doubles as a TV.

Our terrace offers an unobstructed view and is perfectly equipped for your meals, with a plancha available.

The home is equipped with a sound level monitoring system.

Just a few minutes' walk from the Cours Mirabeau, you can enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Provencal markets, explore the local shops and savour the flavours of the many cafés and restaurants.

Aix-en Provence is also ideal for history and culture lovers, with its typical narrow streets and authentic Aix-en-Provence architecture. You will be close to the main tourist sites, such as the Hôtel de Ville, Saint-Sauveur cathedral and Aix's prestigious museums.

Finally, the area is well served by public transport, making it a convenient base for exploring the region, from the hilltop villages of the Luberon to the creeks of Marseille.
